Delivery & Returns

Orders & Delivery :

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 6TH MAY WILL BE MADE & POSTED WK 19TH MAY

Orders & delivery are currently available for the UK only.

Everything is made to order so we aim to make and send your order within 3-5 working days. If for any reason, this is going to vary, we will notify you within 48 hours and you have the right to cancel your order.

Delivery is free - orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class. Please note this is not a tracked service. 

Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver the next working day. The delivery lead-time is subject to any Royal Mail delays or strikes which are out of my control.

If you wish to have your order sent by a tracked or signed for service, please contact me and I will advise additional costs involved.

 

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds 

You have the right to cancel your order :

  • At any time before you receive the Goods ordered, by contacting Mandy Meakins at hello@elliebeajewellery.co.uk. If these Goods have already been dispatched when you contact us, you will be advised to return them as detailed below. We will refund any payment that you have already made.

  • Up to 30 working days from receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied with any of your purchases (with the exception of earrings) simply contact Mandy Meakins at hello@elliebeajewellery.co.uk and return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement product.

  • You are required to return any such cancelled Goods to us within 7 days of the date of cancellation, in their original condition at your cost.

  • Please ensure you package and label them properly so they are not lost or damaged in transit. The products will remain your responsibility until we receive them.

  • We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods, so please obtain a Certificate of Posting (free) from your post Office.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please read the full product description before purchasing to ensure you are happy with your selection.

 

Damaged Goods:

Please advise us of any damage to the Goods received immediately, by contacting Mandy Meakins at hello@elliebeajewellery.co.uk. We will be happy to exchange or refund the Goods affected. We may request that you return the damaged goods, which will be at our cost. Please ensure that you package and label them properly so they are not lost or further damaged in transit.

Nothing mentioned in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights in the unlikely event that the goods do not meet a standard required by law.

Refunds:

We will refund your payment within 30 days of receiving your notification of cancellation.
