When you use this website you agree to use it only for your own personal, non-commercial use, anything else is prohibited without my permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website without my prior consent.

 

Product Details :

Every care is taken to ensure that all images and descriptions of our products are accurate. Print and colours may vary slightly from item to item as each piece is handmade, but this will not affect the overall look of the design. Colours may also appear slightly different on each screen.

 

Orders, Delivery & Payment :

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 6TH MAY WILL BE MADE & POSTED WK 19TH MAY

Orders & delivery are currently available for the UK only.

Delivery is free (UK) - orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class. 

​Each piece is made to order and I aim to make and send your order within 3-5 working days. If for any reason, this is going to vary, I will notify you within 48 hours and you have the right to cancel your order.

Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver the next working day. The delivery lead-time is subject to any Royal Mail delays or strikes which are out of my control.

If you wish to have your order sent by a tracked or signed for service, please contact me and I will advise additional costs involved.

 

Packaging :

All Ellie Bea Jewellery (with the exception of Pins) will be packaged in a Gift Box or Gift Pouch, wrapped in tissue and sent in a cardboard postal box as specified in the listing - to provide suitable protection in transit and ensure your purchase arrives in excellent condition.

 

Payment :

Payment is securely processed by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

 

Basis of Sale:

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

When you confirm your purchase online, you offer to buy the goods at the price indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions.

Your order becomes binding as soon as we have confirmed receipt, subject to your rights of cancellation.

If any of the Products you have ordered are unavailable or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible.

If your Product is unavailable but we are able to order further stock, we will advise you of the anticipated delivery date - you have the right to cancel your order if the delay is not acceptable to you.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

 

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds :

Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel your order :

  • At any time before you receive the Goods ordered, by contacting Mandy Meakins at hello@elliebeajewellery.co.uk. If these Goods have already been dispatched when you contact us, you will be advised to return them as detailed below. We will refund any payment that you have already made
  • Up to 30 working days from receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied with any of your purchases (with the exception of earrings) simply contact Mandy Meakins at hello@elliebeajewellery.co.ukand return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement product.
  • You are required to return any such cancelled Goods to us within 7 days of the date of cancellation, in their original condition at your cost.
  • Please ensure you package and label them properly so they are not lost or damaged in transit. The products will remain your responsibility until we receive them.
  • We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods, so please obtain a Certificate of Posting (free) from your post Office.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please read the full product description before purchasing to ensure you are happy with your selection.

    Damaged Goods :

    Please advise us of any damage to the Goods received immediately, by contacting Mandy Meakins at hello@elliebeajewellery.co.uk. We will be happy to exchange or refund the Goods affected. We may request that your return the damaged goods, which will be at our cost. Please ensure that you package and label them properly so they are not lost or further damaged in transit.

    Nothing mentioned in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights in the unlikely event that the goods do not meet a standard required by law.

     

    ​Refunds :

    We will refund your payment within 30 days of receiving your notification of cancellation.

    ​Consequential Loss :

    We are not liable for consequential loss.

    ​General :

    Every effort is made to ensure that all of the information provided on our website is correct at the time of going online.

    The law of England and Wales governs these Terms & Conditions and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
